Natural Secretariat is an Android application issued by NATURALCOLLECTION LTD. It is the working book a secretariat keeps beside the cabinet, and this page states what the book holds, where it is held and how it is emptied.

About This App
Natural Secretariat holds five registers as sequences of entries, each entry under the field names that register uses, together with three sheets of arithmetic a secretariat works beside them: what an allotment does to a proportion, which band that proportion falls in, and the dates that follow from an accounting reference date.
Every proportion, band and date shown on a screen is worked on the handset from the counts and the dates typed into it, and the rule it was worked from is printed beside the result.
Third-Party Software
Two items of Google software are compiled into the release, and the privacy terms Google publishes for each one govern it:
- Google Play Services: delivers the release to the handset, keeps that copy current, and matches what is installed against the build this company put its signature to. Details: Google Privacy Policy.

What the App Saves on Your Device
What is typed into the book is written to the application's own storage area on the handset. The book holds:
- register entries in the five books: the reference and service address recorded against an entry, the class and number of shares, the country, nationality and occupation taken by the register of directors, the registered number of a corporate officer, the specified condition and band taken by the register of persons with significant control, the short description and person entitled taken by the register of charges, and against every entry the date of the event and the date the entry was made;
- allotment figures: the shares already in issue, the number held, the shares to be allotted and the number taken up;
- calendar dates: an accounting reference date, a date of incorporation, and the date of the last confirmation statement;
- matters on the instrument path: a short description of the instrument, the date of the event it records, and which of the six steps have been marked;
- the interface language selected in the book.
Those entries stay on the handset and are read back the next time the book is opened.
Your Choices
Any entry can be reopened and amended, and an entry that has run its course is closed in place so the sequence stays readable. The brass pull on the index opens the drawer, which empties the whole book and can lay the sample entries back in. Removing the application through Android disposes of the store with it.
Use by Children
Natural Secretariat is an administrative instrument. It is written for an adult who keeps a company's books, and the minimum age for its use is sixteen.
